Throughout the program, you'll have access to five weekly Pilates videos carefully curated to strengthen your body and calm your mind. Additionally, our program includes delicious recipes from an accredited nutritionist, providing you with nourishing meals to support your overall wellness journey. As an added bonus, I'll be sharing personal tips and insights from my own wedding experience, offering valuable advice to help you navigate this special time with confidence and ease. From discovering the secrets of inner and outer radiance to cultivating confidence, each week is designed to enhance your physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. By finding calmness amidst the excitement of wedding preparations and cementing your Pilates practice with layers of confidence, you'll be fully prepared to walk down the aisle feeling empowered, radiant, and ready to embrace the joy of your special day.

    Try this 15 minute workout where we target the backs of the arms, as well as building on our posture muscles! Expect to finish the class feeling taller and more aligned!

    Join me in the studio as we layer those waist workouts!! This is a fiery workout!

    Episode 3

    Sculpt and strengthen your arms whilst building the deep core muscles!
