The name Bondi Rise came from living on Bondi Beach and that feeling of opportunity and excitement when you experience a Bondi sunrise. Our founder, Lottie, wanted to create that same feeling around exercise, and the opportunity it can bring you.
Bondi Rise signature sculpt classes are designed for all levels, ages, body types, for anyone! Bringing enjoyment to your workout routine and a sense of daily achievement once you've accomplished your workout.
